+Rossin Bikes was born on Sept 14, 1974 to supply the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G.B.C._(cycling_team)|GBC/Itla Racing Team]] with bikes made by Marco Rossin, previously of Colnago((Details from the Rossin web archive: [[https://web.archive.org/web/20150825020914/http://www.rossinbikes.it/en/df/catalogo-rossin-2011/|rossinbikes.it]])).
+Rossin sold the first Italian made mountain bicycle(([[bianchi:start|Bianchi]] was the first to put an Italian name on a mountain bike in 1983, but theirs were made in Japan.)).
+Rossin was also the first to introduce bike computers (1980,) and disc wheels (1983.)
+They //apparently// continue to sell road bikes at: https://rossinbikes.com/, but it's likely the brand is dead and they are selling leftovers, if they're selling anything at all.  1991 appears to be the last year Rossin made mountain bikes.
